You can add your logo to our Get Ready fact sheets using Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word. Follow the directions below, then save and print out copies with your group's logo on them! Before you start, check APHA guidelines for using Get Ready materials.

Adding your group's logo to the fact sheets using Microsoft Word
Instructions:
1. Select one of the Microsoft Word documents below and save it to your computer.
2. Open the document. View the document in Print Layout mode (View > Print Layout), and choose a percentage from your tool bar that allows you to view the whole first page on your screen. (Try 60 percent or 50 percent, depending on your screen size.) You should see an image from the Get Ready material.
3. Scroll down to the last page in the document, which will be blank. Select somewhere on the blank page with your cursor. Choose Insert > Picture > From File…
3. Find and select a JPEG file of your group's logo on your computer, then choose "Insert." The logo will appear in the Word document.
4. Double-click on the logo once it appears in your document.
5. Go to Layout tab and choose "In Front of Text" button.
6. Drag the logo to where you want it to go in the materials. (Look for the white space at the bottom of the page, where we've left room for your logo)
7. Resize the logo by clicking on it and dragging inward from the corners of the image.
8. Delete the last blank page, if desired. Save the document. Print as many copies as needed.

Adding your group's logo to the fact sheets using Adobe Acrobat
Instructions:
1. Open the PDF version of the Get Ready Fact Sheet and save a copy to your computer.
2. Open the document in Adobe Acrobat (If you only have Adobe Acrobat Reader, please see instructions using Microsoft Word. You must have Acrobat Standard or higher to use this method.)
3. Open a JPEG file of your group’s logo on your computer, select the image and copy it to the Clipboard (You may need to first open the picture using a program like Microsoft Paint)
4. In the PDF version of the fact sheet, click on the Comments drop down menu, choose Commenting Tools, then choose Stamps and select Paste Clipboard Image As Stamp Tool (Note: this option will not appear unless you have a picture copied to your Clipboard)
4. Click in the document where you want the image to appear (Look for the white space at the bottom of the page, where we've left room for your logo)
5. Using the Hand tool, drag the image to move it, or drag one of its corners to resize it.
6. Save the document. Print as many copies as needed.
